About Us

Mike was born and raised in Tampa and is a 3rd generation
Tampanian. Mike's Mother and Grandparents have been in Tampa
since 1956 and still live here today. Mike's Grandfather worked for
Teco for 20 years and then started his own business selling industrial
tools and equipment.. Mike's Mother has been working as an
addministrator for the Hillsborough county school system for the last
20 years. Mike's Father came over from Scotland in 1968 where he met
his future wife (who is also a Tampa native) and shortly after being
married he joined the Marines. He served 2 tours from '69 - '71 and
became a Detective for the Tampa Police Dept. He now sells police
equipment to departments around the world. Mike is married and has
a son who has recently graduated from H.B. Plant High School (with
Honors) and is currently attending USF. Mike and his wife live and
work in the S. Tampa Area with their 2 dogs. Both are self employed
and understand what it takes to make a business successful. Mike has
a brother (Tom) in the Coast Guard and a sister (Sunny) in Montana
training to be a vet. This family knows the meaning of hard work,
commitment and old school values.
